We are excited to have you join the family here at Keller Williams Realty Group. For a smooth onboarding process, please follow the steps below. Your Team Leader, Andrea Belford, will be in touch with you promptly for the next steps. She will be your direct contact and guide through your onboarding experience.

You will complete a few pieces of paperwork that include credit card authorization, Policies and Guidelines, W9, and an Independent Contractor Agreement. 

COMPLETE KW PAPERWORK NOW

Once step 1 is completed, be on the lookout. We will be e-mailing you an invitation to Join Keller Williams Realty Group to your email address from “no-reply@system.kw.com (subject: KW Invitation!)” with a link to the KW Joining Portal. From there, you will be guided through a simple account setup process to create your new KW profile, set up your login information, learn more about KW culture, name a sponsor, enroll as a new agent at Keller Williams Realty Group. As soon as you complete the process, you will be able to immediately login to Command (agent.kw.com).

The IN Real Estate Commission accepts applications online at www.in.gov Click on “Register for a new account” and follow through the steps.  

You will need to upload the following documentation

• Pennsylvania Exam Results
• National Exam Results
• Fundamentals Class Results
• Practice Class Results 

 Our brokerage number you will need is RC51700233 during the application

While we await your license number to be issued by the Indiana Real Estate Commission, please begin Road Map to Success you will be given at your first onboarding appointment with your Agent Services Coordinator, Andrea Belford. 

Upon receiving your license at the state level,  you must submit an application to an MLS Board immediately upon receiving your license number. NOTE: You will not be able to join the association until the Indiana Real Estate Commission issues your license number.

We will schedule a 1-on-1 with you to walk through these steps. This  includes your checklist for onboarding, setup of your website, importing of contacts into Command, your KW email, and an introduction to our Productivity Coach.
