The Keller Personality Assessment (KPA) is a behavioral and cognitive tool developed by Keller Williams to evaluate job candidates' personality traits, thinking styles, and behavioral tendencies. Used primarily in real estate hiring, the KPA focuses on compatibility over competence, assessing seven key factors like dominance, sociability, and adaptability to ensure a cultural fit for teams. Key Aspects of the KPA: Purpose: To help agents and leadership identify the right people, increase self-awareness, and align personal goals with business growth. (Average time to complete is 45 minutes.)
